With a Today’s Options^® PFFS Medicare Advantage Private Fee-for-Service Plan, you’re not locked into a defined network of doctors and hospitals. You have the freedom to choose any doctor in your service area that participates in Medicare and agrees to accept the Today’s Options’ terms and conditions While we don’t require referrals, we do require that you notify us 48 hours in advance of planned Inpatient Hospital Care, Inpatient Mental Healthcare, Outpatient Services/Surgery, Durable Medical Equipment, and Prosthetic Devices.
