Open Enrollment Period (OEP)

Extends from January 1 through March 31 each year, during which you have one opportunity to enroll in, disenroll from or change a Medicare Advantage plan. Changes made during Open Enrollment become effective the month after the change is made. (You may not add or drop Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage during this time.)

If you are a Today's Health member and want to change to a different Today's Health plan, use our easy 2010 Change Notice Form instead of an enrollment form.

Before you enroll:

  • Be sure you know the name of the plan you want to enroll in. If you’re not sure, use our plan finder.
  • Have your red, white and blue Medicare card with you as a reference.
  • Have your checking account number and routing number available, if you plan to automatically deduct your monthly premium from your checking account. (Note: this is only if you plan to enroll online or through a paper enrollment application).
  • Select a Primary Care Physician from the Provider Directory or from our online healthcare provider look-up tool.
  • Read the enrollment disclaimer information.

  1. Enroll online by submitting our secure online form.
  2. Or, call a Today's Health customer Service Representative at 1-800-958-2710 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone (TTY users call 1-800-958-2692) every day, to enroll over the phone.
  3. Or, download a printable enrollment form to mail or fax to us.

*Time period in which you can make only one change to your Medicare Advantage coverage. Note: plan change can only be to a like plan that is consistent in Part D (prescription drug coverage) as the plan you are currently enrolled in.
