Selecting a Primary Care Physician

This Provider Locator tool provides a directory of physicians and other healthcare providers in the service area who participate in TexanPlus^® HMO. Use this tool to select a Primary Care Physician and to review the specialty associated with your PCP selection. You can also locate physicians in our provider directory.

TexanPlus requires you to select a Primary Care Physician. Your Primary Care Physician may determine the specialists available to you. For HMO plans there are certain medical groups that have defined physician networks called Local Physicians Organizations (LPOs). The Primary Care Physicians in these organizations only refer to specific specialists.
