Use this tool to select a PCP and to review the specialty associated with your PCP selection. You can also locate physicians in our Provider Directory.
Today's Options HMO requires you to select a PCP. Your PCP may determine the specialists available to you.
A health plan with a Medicare contract.
Today’s Options® HMO is offered by the following organization that contracts with the Federal government: SelectCare Health Plans, Inc., doing business as Today’s Options of Indiana, a member of the Universal American family of companies.
You must receive all routine care from plan providers. You must use plan providers except in emergency or urgent care situations. If you obtain routine care from out‐of‐network providers neither Original Medicare nor Today's Options HMO will be responsible for the costs.
