Below are directories of physicians and healthcare providers in the service area who participate in TexanPlus plans. Your Primary Care Physician (PCP) will determine the specialists that may be available to you. For example, there are defined physician networks listed that state the PCP in that network only refer to specific specialists.

Provider Directory Addenda

These Provider Directory Addenda contain listings of providers, by specialty, who participate in TexanPlus plans for member access to medical care. These providers are further grouped together by both geographical location and practice referral patterns.
