What is Medicare?
Medicare is health insurance, managed by the Federal government, for people who are: age 65 or
older; under age 65 with certain disabilities; or any person with End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent
kidney failure requiring dialysis or a kidney transplant).
Our Medicare Advantage plans share a promise called A Healthy
Collaboration®. It simply means we work with Primary Care Physicians and other healthcare
providers to help you feel better and stay healthy.

There are different types of Medicare Insurance Plans:
Medicare Advantage Plans offer benefits for all of your
Medicare-covered healthcare and prescription drug needs.
Stand-alone Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans cover your prescription drug needs.
Today's Options® PPO, Today's Options® PFFS, TexanPlus® HMO, TexanPlus® HMO-POS, Generations Healthcare HMO, and Tribute® HMO SNP are Health plans with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in these plans depends on contract renewal.
