About Selecting a Primary Care Physician

Certain plans, like our Medicare Advantage HMO plans, ask for you to choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP). If you do not select a PCP at the time of enrollment, one will be assigned to you.

You can use our physician search and hospital search to review a directory of physicians and other healthcare providers in your area who participate in the plan.

Important: Your PCP may determine the specialists you can see for care.
